The house boasts a generous double bedroom/family room on the first floor with balcony overlooking the grounds and pool.

Accommodation
All bedrooms and the lounge/dining area are air-conditioned.

• Bedrooms (3): Large & spacious double bedroom (plus a sofa bed), with plenty of storage/wardrobe space and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
  
• Second bedroom on first floor with bunk beds, wardrobe, dressing table.
  
• Large top floor bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room, dressing table, and plenty of storage space.
  
• Bathrooms: Shower room on ground floor comprising walk-in shower & w.c.
  
• Bathroom on first floor comprising bath/shower & w.c.
  
• En-suite shower room/wet room comprising w.c., washbasin and shower area.
  
• Kitchen: Includes electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, electric kettle – the usual mod-cons, all good quality. Plenty of children’s plates, cutlery etc also provided.
  An iron/ironing board is also provided.
  One of the furniture units houses a secure safe for valuables.
  
• Living Area: Open plan kitchen/living/dining room: bright and airy, comfortably furnished with high-quality sofas (inc double sofa bed) dining table and chairs to seat 8.
  Good quality T.V. with basic satellite package and DVD (plays U.K. DVDs – please take your own).
  
• Terrace: The patio doors open onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs available for up to 8 people. The terrace overlooks one of the two pools and nicely-landscaped gardens.

Grounds: Between the pools sits a bar/café and seating area. There are a couple of very small, shallow pools for babies/toddlers within this area. The bar will open to a relatively late hour but there will be no music. Around both pools there are brand new sun-loungers with cushions, tables and umbrellas, all of which is free-of-charge.

Maid Service
The house will be cleaned and aired prior to your arrival. The maids will clean the house and provide clean linen and towels once a week (please bring your own beach towels). A standard welcome pack of essential food & drink will be placed in the fridge to get you through your initial hours.

Assistance
A 24 hr local representative will be available during your stay, with contact details included in the house handbook. We are very keen that people totally relax and enjoy their holiday so if there is anything at all that you would like to ask either before or during your stay than please feel free to call us at any time (we really mean this).

There is also a 24 hour security guard at the complex – not that safety is an issue there (it’s the safest and friendliest country we’ve ever visited), but he’s there to for general assistance too.

The complex has two fairly large swimming pools. They are deep and non-swimmers/children should wear buoyancy aids and be supervised at all times. Please be careful in these areas, as some of tiles will be slippery when wet, and remind children not to run close to the pools.
