Booking & Tariff

All prices are in sterling, for the house, for one week. The house very comfortably sleeps six people, and can accommodate eight with ease. However, we have to request an additional £25 per week per additional person over a total of six to cover the extra cleaning, water, electricity, etc.

Changeover Day
Generally we are going to try to keep to a standard changeover day of Saturday and ask people to vacate the house by mid-day so the maids can properly clean it for the next visitors. However, we recognise that we will need to be flexible on this, depending on the time of year, flights and other bookings.

Booking Notes
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure the booking, although we are willing to keep a possible booking open for 48 hours at no cost while you check flight availability, etc.
